May 6, 2012 - Well like I said, the story is similar. Both of them involve a mountain and the inhabitants dying because the other people were greedy. And yeah, One Tin Soldier sounds too happy to be a song about a war. When I first read the lyrics, I thought the song would be like if the sounds of Dirty Harry and the moody feeling of Monkey's Head were combined. But still, we all know Damon listens to all kinds of music so it IS possible he got inspiration from One Tin Soldier.
