May 26, 2012 - It's called a sonic boom, it happens when the aircraft goes from subsonic speed to supersonic speed, it also produces a very loud noise but you can't hear it in the video, that cloud forms because the air around the plane heats up, a similar effect happens when a jet turns too sharply, hope it helps
