Jan 29, 2012 - There's a reason why mothers ask their children "if your friends jumped off a bridge would you fallow them down?"hope you understand what i'm strying to say here.

Jan 29, 2012 - @gorgeousdoll8 140 people heard the original version
STONEBEADMAKER Says:
Jan 29, 2012 - I must ''respectfully disagree '' with WannebeFruFru's comment about this version. Hearing Elizabeth Frazer sing this song is pretty much as close as you're gonna come to hearing ''god's'' voice without having to go to all the trouble of dying. Look up the definition of ''totally holy mind fuck'' on Wickipedia, and they have a copy of this song ready for you to hear most quickly !! And as for the version by John Frusciante..........don't even get me started. SORRY, JUST MY TAKE ON IT.......

Feb 1, 2012 - One big "Fuck You" to Hollywood and producers of, "the lovely bones" for adhering this masterpiece to Be synonymous with Pedophiles, Murderers, and Rapists from here to eternity ... Goddamn u...

Feb 3, 2012 - @stuckIN801 that's really small thinking of you man... i would say the song was more linked to the mistery of after life, The hearth broken thing of WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU!?!, yeah stupid tough to have it linked to some murderer.. why couldn't the movie have been about some accident? well probaly because you need to feel the hate!, The movie is about ...letting go... ..my father recently died.. leaving four kids at the age of 55... i hope he's brave enough to let go..

Feb 7, 2012 - I first heard this song while watching The Lovely Bones. I don't think the producers used this song with an emphasis on murder and pedophilia.. The song featured at the end in the ascent to Heaven. It was beautiful.

Feb 9, 2012 - Yes totally agree...first heard this song on The John Peel Show in 1985 and it still gives me goosebumps. Tim Buckley's a genius but never wrote the sound the Twin's createde. Utterly wonderful and timeless.

Feb 10, 2012 - @RosariaDF They didn't but instead the emphasis was on the beauty of the soul which no other person can damage.

Feb 11, 2012 - Best part of David Lynch's Lost Highway.
dlund92 Says:
Feb 11, 2012 - @stuckIN801 did you even watch the movie? it's not like the song when she was getting killed. it was played when susie finally arrived at the gates of heaven. last time i checked heaven doesn't have much to do with pedophiles and murderers. they couldn't have picked a better.
Sunderlanding Says:
Feb 11, 2012 - @TheAirSpb I think you're the deaf one. They butched this song. Tim made it a masterpiece, and they came along and made it way too cheesy and pretentious. What's with all the vocal gyration? This isn't a fucking R&B song.
Pacisdiligo Says:
Feb 12, 2012 - A gorgeous song, but done much better by Bryan Ferry on his "Olympia" album.

WannabeFruFru Says:
Jan 29, 2012 - tim buckley's (original) version is better. john frusciante's too. The vocals on this version lack weight and power behind them. Better than many but nothing near the other versions i have pointed out.Bare in mind this is my opinion but seriously take a look at the others.
