Oct 21, 2011 - I am actually a guy, and I am 15 so I am pretty sure I am grown up at this point. And girls dress like this weather they are skanky or just a normal teen. Especially during the summer. And to dance in these type of outfits would be more comfortable and allow you to not be sweating by having on pants a long sleeve shirt and a jacket.
