May 30, 2011 - You do realize that the 6500 rpm is not the max it's consider to be safe because most engine are made to surpass their rpm due to safety factor. I do not recommend anyone to push their engine beyond it's limit but it's possible.

For a while Mercedes jumped on the cut corners and underengineer it's cars like Toyota and other manufacturers. That's how they raised all that cash to buy Chrysler.
