Oct 23, 2010 - Delta has scrapped the entire freighter fleet. They were all old 747-200's, very, very well worn. In the current economy, it apparently wasn't rational to replace them. I guess they figure they have enough unused "underfloor" capacity in their passenger jets to compensate.

Jan 26, 2011 - It is Business class seating - nice paded chairs that slide back into a bed - and PLENTY of room - there is only about 50 seats in the top deck - you go up a set of stairs to get there - and it is as fine as you can get!!! I flew LA to Hong Kong (14 hours) on Cathay Pacific 747 and the stewardess were VERY nice, very freindly - and very pretty!!!! Hot towels - nice food and silverware and electrical outlets! And each seat has a TV with about 30 channels. EASY to get used to this!!!!
