Jan 9, 2012 - NICE BIG WEDDING but what is a traditional wedding for Black Americans; is there one please let me know because I see everything Whites do Black do it too. this was a very nice wedding and you can tell it cost a lot of money.

Jan 10, 2012 - Thanks. Interesting question. I am not an expert on weddings. I'd say that there are small differences in everyone's wedding, but may not be noticeable by still photographs. In our wedding, we displayed our culture through choice of music, ceremony/ceremonial worship, vows, food, language and of course jumping the broom (we passed out little miniature brooms and info cards). We chose to enrich our ceremony and with little details that felt personal to us.
