For a guy who fights at 205 he must use ALOT of supplements and they will be part of a routine diet. I buy 5kg of protein every few months so he's got to be using more than that... why would he still have powders from last year?!

Jan 28, 2012 - Okay, for everyone who are making all these asumptions about steroids. 1st most of them are NOT illegal. They are produced for a reason. 2nd most of these guys should be taking them. I'll explain in a sec. Finally 3rd they are illegal in most sports, because they can speed up muscle growth and such to an extent that is unfair to other athletes. Now as to why they should be taking them...these guys are doing real harm to their bodies and steroids counter act the damage they inflict over time.

Trust me 90% of atheletes in MMA are using PEDs, whether thats to mask injury, gain lean muscle mass, recover or to cut weight. My point was that he should be made an example of if (and when) he is proved to be lying. PEDs dont make athletes the training does, but they do give you the extra edge to train harder and longer. At least Thiago Silva had the balls to say 'yep I did it'
