Jan 27, 2012 - Dear Aeri, I come from Indonesia. we also have similar fritter like "jeon", named "bakwan", but instead of pan fry it, we just deep fry it,,, it's really good=) and i made some pajeon several times ago, i used dashima broth to enhance the flavor,, i think it was really good =)
