Jan 7, 2010 - Great! When I was watching his entrance in the Arena, I was so excited!!!Cause that entrance music was so provocative to Masato, it gave me goose bumps!Although Masato" was a primary reason for me to go to the Arena, because of Souwer's attitude to Masato in the mach, after the match,,,whenever! ,I became to love souwer !!!

Jan 8, 2010 - Andy Souwer is a top fighter and so is Masato. This was a nice fight and it's always a show to see both fighters fighting eachother. Also friendly of Souwer to lift Masato after the match. A true sportsman Souwer is. Masato good luck in your further life!Greetings from Morocco

Jan 13, 2010 - @vonstussi You present an opinion that is contrary to what most comments say here but I agree with you about Masato. Too much ego and yet a coward who does not fight anyone he doesn't think he can beat. Also, yes, here in Japan they pay big bucks for losing to one of their own!
osakar Says:
Jan 13, 2010 - if you really think that was bad match, you have no right to watch martial arts. that was great fight.
osakar Says:
Jan 17, 2010 - not only in japan, every sports has home decision idiot. but masato's victory in this match is beyond question. he was active thus he took down and won. you has no eye for watching martial arts.

Jan 22, 2010 - @vonstussi souwer did good but lost man. get over it.
redblazerpea Says:
Jan 22, 2010 - it wasnt a slip. lok carefully the shot to the head landed when souwer's feet were both planted on the ground. the shot made him drop.
signboyy Says:
Jan 23, 2010 - i've seen enough k-1 to know a slip when i see one.
redblazerpea Says:
Jan 23, 2010 - souwer didnt object to it. he knows he got downed. but souwers match with petrosyan (first one) souwer got hit the same but slipped and he objected. but think wat u want.
signboyy Says:
Jan 24, 2010 - of course souwer didnt object, he doesnt want to upset k-1 who want to glorify masato the japanese champion.petrosyan isnt a japanese champion who k-1 wants to glorify in his final match.
redblazerpea Says:
Jan 25, 2010 - but you know petrosyan has a broken hand. cannot fight for a few months.
signboyy Says:
Jan 25, 2010 - how convenient. you know masato wanted souwer for his last match of his career to erase his losses.the doctor either made a mountain out of a molehill of a hairline fracture most fighters have. or petrosyan decided to bow out to give k1 and masato what they desired, so petrosyan can fight for k-1 for a long time.
redblazerpea Says:
Jan 26, 2010 - thats just speculation without proof. but also petrosyan had somefights lined up for showtime and they were all cancelled. yamamotos rock head cracked his fist. masato would have fought petro because the deal was to fight the current champ. souwer was just a preference. since he was the finalist he was next. im glad it turned out like this. was a great revenge match. anyway it doesnt matter anymore. all in the past. masato always had the most exciting max fights.
signboyy Says:
Jan 26, 2010 - you are speculating too.those showtime fights are on 3-13 and 5-29if petro had a cracked fist from yamamoto he wouldnt have been able to dominate souwer so decisivelymasato didnt want to fight petro #1 because he probably would have lost and #2 because masato needed to erase his losses against souwerwhen petro beat souwer you could see how annoyed and unenthused masato wassouwer vs. petro was the true championship match in many peoples opinions'
redblazerpea Says:
Jan 27, 2010 - souwer petro fight was the final but was such a disappointing match. i never heard such a quiet crowd. a lot of people wanted to see how masato fared against souwer and masato against the champ.but whatever happnend im glad masato beat souwer. petrosyan is good but so boring. he is a professional but he isnt a people's fighter.
signboyy Says:
Jan 27, 2010 - souwer vs petro was exciting and was only disappointing to masato who wanted souwer to win so he could then fight him and erase his losses.japanese crowds are quiet when they are in awe and have a lot of respect.japanese did want to see souwer vs masato because they wanted masato to win, thereby helping japanese fans reaffirm their delusion that they have the best fighters.petrosyan is exciting and the best.the best fighters are professionals.
redblazerpea Says:
Jan 27, 2010 - i dont agree with you but think what you want. I hope this year has better fights. the best max fight i saw this year was sato vs kido. and kyshenko vs souwer.
signboyy Says:
Jan 27, 2010 - thank you i will
MrHood2169 Says:
Feb 3, 2010 - petrosyan fought on the 30th of Jan, so that s a month from the dynamite . Masato wanted Souwer and had been training 7 months just for Souwer>
