That's not really capitalism it becomes corporatism. Restriction create a barrier for only the wealthy to pay to go around it. The little guy can't compete cause he can't pay the restriction. Government IS the restriction though... They are paid off, which is ILLEGAL. Look at court cases... it's a business wanting a monopoly not "fairness".

Feb 20, 2011 - The only problem with private schooling over public schooling is the cost. If there was no public schools an incredibly large portion of America wouldn't get any form of education. Schooling would become another big business scheme. I personally wouldn't be able to afford it at all. I dont even need to know the prices.
