Apr 16, 2012 - If you train your dog right you can do this without fear. Too many of you live in fear of your pets. We trained our dog that we can take his food away and he wasn't allowed to growl at us. As long as you train your animal right you have nothing to fear.

Apr 22, 2012 - Exactly right! It's nice to hear someone else who trained their dog right. It's super easy to do so too, and for those who don't know, it's called "Food Aggression" and all you do to fix it is don't give your dog food until you say it's okay. I trained several dogs like this, all mine you can stick your hand in their food while they eat and they're completely safe to mess with. It's a dominance thing, and you have to be dominant when training!
