May 21, 2010 - This is a truly heartwarming story. It is such a shame that Christian was ever put in captivity in the first place. However, the two men did the best thing for him, bringing him back to his native environment....I know it hurt them to leave him, but they truly had no choice but to do so. Anyone "wanting" a pet lion because of this story isn't thinking of the animal's welfare-only theirs.......
