Mar 2, 2011 - Amazing movie. At the risk of soundinglike every other schizophrenic I'm almostsure I saw the star in Whole Foods on Union Sq in NYC just after seeing themovie. I looked once, couldn't believe it,looked again. The odds?Just the opposite happened last yr.I saw Sally Hawkins @ Lincoln Ctrdidn't recognize her until I saw the movie"Never Let Me Go" that night. The womanwith me also saw her in Mrs Warrens Profession.In my life this is not unusual. Not coincidental either.

Jul 24, 2011 - Strange movie. As an 18 year old male, this wasn't made for me, that explains the emotions I felt which I didn't know I had. It's not normal for a 66yo woman to be the lead in a film, but this movie pulls it off flawlessly. Its ambiguous ending left me with the worst feeling of doom I've felt since The Chaser. It's hard to recommend this movie to anyone, but I loved it.

Aug 27, 2011 - @HumaninSeoul this is a subtle but powerful movie about finding beauty and inner strength in a harsh world. if you think it's comparable to a melodramatic k-drama, and not worth watching, then that's your loss.. all of lee chang-dong's films are amazing.. oasis was particularly life-changing for me..
