May 9, 2012 - Be sure you come from a place where people eat dogs and we sense from your answer. We Italians have a fully structured .... Instead what you're American? ie french fries, mashed potatoes, turkey ... and hamburgers ... This is your kitchen! that sucks!

areohessay Says:

May 9, 2012 - No, I'm not American, so don't assume. Don't ASSUME anything. It's funny how you're "italian" yet have to look up youtube videos on how to make spaghetti, please. This is a japanese channel, japanese people can make their version of spaghetti however they want. If you don't like it, don't watch simple.

May 12, 2012 - Lol to insult a form of cooking is stupid. Be proud that your culture has inspired others to make a version of their own. Food lovers all know that food is inspiration.

tedturneriscrazy Says:

May 17, 2012 - It's sad to see people who are so closed-minded and insecure that they can't accept stylized variations on certain cuisines. Experimentation and fusion are what make cooking exciting and fun.

lems35 Says:

May 19, 2012 - but she is not Italian

fruitspunchS Says:

May 19, 2012 - it's not "like" seeing an Italian Japanese cuisine, it IS an Italian Japanese cuisine, please read the caption at 4:02.

birbapimpante Says:

May 20, 2012 - yes but it is still touted as the cradle is not Italian Italian recipe, when the Italians, many of those ingredients do not we ever used in that context and in that recipe .... and you will NEVER EVER use the Ketchup in any dish or separately as an Italian recipe sauce for eating french fries!

hentai0 Says:

May 20, 2012 - Ketchup? I LAUGHED MY ASS OFF. HOW THE HELL CAN U COOK WITH KETCHUP AND SAY ITALIAN?

Yengsteve Says:

May 21, 2012 - @hentai: I believe spaghetti doesn't have to be with tomatoes sauce or meatballs...SPAGHETTI is the noodle!!!

KuraiSan3 Says:

May 21, 2012 - Well, Ketchup IS from Italy, after all. It started as some kind of tomato sauce that usually also had fish in it, basically just a way to use your leftovers.I don't really approve of Ketchup as ingredient, since it has too much sugar in my opinion compared to canned tomato. However, if it tastes good, who cares? Japanese always changed things, including recipes, when adjusting them to their taste - It's not a bad thing. You're free to dislike Ketchup all you want, just respect other cultures.

spraraflesh Says:

May 21, 2012 - I love your channel but this... Is not so Napolitan!. I know the gap beetwen italian and japanese taste and i understand your change in this recipe!. I think had a good taste too :D But If you want to do a very tipically italian dish do the Carbonara!. :D I'll write here the recipe!. ^^

spraraflesh Says:

May 21, 2012 - Put on the burner the wather for the pasta, when the water boil add the and spaghetti and let it cook. In the same time put on another burner the smoked bacon (without oil or butter, it must cook in his fat). When the bacon becomes crispy, turn off the burner and add just a little bit of milk and let it cool for 2 or 3 minutes.

spraraflesh Says:

May 21, 2012 - In another container separate the yolk from the albumen (for this operation counted 1 egg for person) and add it in the in the bacon and milk mix. When the pasta is cooked drain it and put in the pot with the sauce, turn on the sauce burner and mix for 30 seconds. Now you have a great carbonara :D
