Feb 28, 2012 - man, for a guy who hated hippies and drugs, frank sure looks high in this video. napoleon looks as coked out as james brown. it seems like frank knew his main audience was hippies & weirdos, so he dressed like a hippie & pretended to be loaded just so people wouldn't think he was a total nerd. he even named his kids weird hippie names like Dweezil & Moon Unit. bravo frank. but no disrespect. i love the man and his music.
