The team is going round to different schools encouraging them to get more involved with engineering. Programs like this one (bloodhound) inspire people to take up new activities or follow dreams to create new and better things and in turn that can help other industries as well as help to better the world through improved e.g. medical enhancements or say construction of new types of housing/travel...
