Jan 30, 2011 - its all about giving to the community - it pays well, not in money, but in something you would spend (all) your money on if you could, that is, feeing like a good person.

Feb 8, 2011 - 4:32 Les poète maudit. Oh my god those tortured souls, how did they live? They only had a castle, group of friends, money, fame, power, food, choice, their poetry speaks through the ages.

Aug 16, 2011 - You know it's crazy how accents can change dramatically over the course of a lifetime. I had a professor while I was at Oxford who you'd never think was American, but she had been living in England for 25 years and sure enough, she was a 'yank'. I've been a Eliot fan since I was a teenager and have read that he was self-conscious about his southern accent (St. Louis), but you'd never know from this. This is the first time I've heard his voice, and I was surprised.

Aug 20, 2011 - No need for a Bob Dylan song here. If this was an Allen Ginsberg documentary yes, but not for Eliot. Awful idea.
horrelvoet Says:
Sep 14, 2011 - Strange narrow minded to call Eliot to single greatest poet in Europe because he wrote in english-Fernando Pessoa is a so much finer more interesting poet.
