May 27, 2012 - The Medi Gun the Medic was using while he Ubercharged the Heavy was not the standard Medi Gun, but the Quick Fix. Look at the nozzle in 2:18. The normal Medi Gun has black tape wrapped around the nozzle instead of the red coloring around it. Therefore, he should have not been able to Ubercharge the Heavy and make him invulnerable, but only grant himself a 300% healing rate on the Heavy. Duh....
