Dec 11, 2011 - I can feel for Paul. I am almost 66 years old and I have been collecting 45's for about 50 years. The day has to come when I have to give up this wonderful hobby. In the past I have purchased quite a few 45's from Record Rama - a great place! I came to know early that the Pittsburgh area was a "hot bed" for record collectors. My best to you Paul and I sure hope your vinyl finds a great home. Take care, Ronnie Salyer

lrh1966 Says:

Jan 6, 2012 - I am not joking one bit, but if I had my dream audio-video history museum, this collection would be on it's way into the Fort Knot like record vault that I would have it housed within the museum. I would have tours of it, and have meticulous, carefully re-mastered CD's made from the items that were never on CD, and I would have them made as SACD high definition CD's...Friends, Lloyd.

MERKIN187 Says:

Jan 10, 2012 - It would cost someone a million just to move all that shit!

newfuckingwave Says:

Jan 10, 2012 - he's showing us the first flat record ever made and putting his dirty fingerprints allover it

newfuckingwave Says:

Jan 10, 2012 - @jonny1251 well seeing the size of both his collection and the building it's in i wouldn't exactly say he's poor. he definitely has more money than me

Neutraliable Says:

Jan 13, 2012 - Poor old man... if only I had 3 million dollars..... I'D BUY MANSION AND A BUNCH OF BLOW!

zorenofzennor Says:

Jan 18, 2012 - so if the first records is so old why are you putting the grease from your fingerprints all over it ....cmon ...man...surely the first rule is hold the record by the edges ...phew

raveoursoulz Says:

Jan 19, 2012 - @kornkid22 It's a David Guetta Remix

squafdonoboles Says:

Jan 24, 2012 - And I thought I had a lot of records! I only have about 1,500 albums, 723 45's, 127 78's and 23 paper records. They are all in their original sleeves and -- yes -- I hold them by the edges. Thanks for posting this great collection! I hate the tinny sound of CDs. VINYL RULES!

MinerOfHats Says:

Jan 27, 2012 - i'll have them if no -one gives a damn! ;P

peterpiessens Says:

Jan 29, 2012 - There must be one crazy rich Japanese dude on this earth for this!!!

NoEgg4u Says:

Feb 6, 2012 - At the end of the video, the message reads that Paul's collection is worth $50mil, and that he is asking $3mil, and it remains unsold..That translates to it not being worth even $3mil..An item (or collection of items) is worth what someone will pay for it..Maybe someone will take this collection more seriously if he did not hold a 100+ year old record with his greasy fingers, and showed a turntable that was worth more than $50 for his $50mil collection.

pedalnumber4 Says:

Feb 6, 2012 - Id buy it all if i had the money

crownprinceofgroovy Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - I'm surprised he didn't try to sell parts of the collection on eBay. (Maybe he did after the video...)
