There are plenty of minorities with degrees working part time jobs or unemployed so credentials are not the issue opportunity for those with them is, as well as for those without them. If you check the history book, the Republican party has always been the party of freedom and civil rights. Do yourself a favor. Look up "discriminatory Black Codes" and read what it was about and who started it. The look up Civil Rights Act of 1875, introduced by two Republicans.

Not only were the Dems pro slavery and anti black rights (just remember Lincoln was a Rep and Jim Crow was a Dem, research them too), also America was sent to WW1 and WW2 by the Dems.
