I think i'm right in saying that blood and urine are frozen for future testing when the technology has improved. Someone reading might know for certain on that. Ullrich was fast up mountains through low cadence but high power riding.So you see, EPO/Blood Transfusion, would benefit Armstrong more duing a mountain stage since higher stamina is needed for long time periods. As seen in this stage, Armstrong sprinted almost the whole stage after the fall. He won by cheating.
