Aug 28, 2011 - That's not why she was replaced though. Mary Millar dying from cancer has nothing to do with her replacing the original Rose, Shirley Stelfox, who is still alive btw. So who knows why Shirley was replaced by Mary.

Nov 17, 2011 - So did my Mom. She used to watch them all on Saturdays on PBS and watch the Mystery series and Masterpiece Theatre on Sundays. It was one of the things we used to do together, so they remind me of her a lot. Which is why I'm glad that I can still watch them here.Thanks so much for posting these.
