Jun 16, 2009 - I posted my video response on the original video but I believe it was deleted by the channel owner DonExodus2. I believe people can say whatever they want and no -one can stop them but if this particular channel owner allows this response to go through, I thank your for it.

Jun 16, 2009 - What I meant is people can say whatever they want on Youtube (if Youtube allows them) and we all have some control of our channel. I posted in response to this subject . if someone wants to delete the video response or leave it up, its up to them. If they leave it up I am thankful.

May 16, 2010 - As I posted on another mirror of this video The Discovery Institute is a co-owner of the copyright and are legally required to defend the copyright. Also the video is a straight attack video and so doesn't fit the fair use clause [called so because of slander throughout the video vs opposing views].

Jun 13, 2009 - I did that. Fox News needs to answer the dispute, but I don't think they will do anything. If they do, I will come back and tell everyone to dispute them(Actually I am already telling everyone to dispute them).Now we can't comment on clips from the TV? This is unacceptable.
