I think PSR is the European model and YPT is the North American model.

Mar 4, 2011 - As far as I'm aware the two are almost identical. You can use the Yamaha USA website to compare the specs. One difference seems to be that some of the accessories, such as the $30 Survival Kit that doubles the manufacturer's warranty, are only available for the PSR and not for the YPT.
