Feb 29, 2012 - Disagree that he has "written himself out." When the Leaves Blow Away was only 5 years ago and was an excellent special. It's just hard to write his kind of comedy, as it isn't topical or observational in the same way Louis CK's is. He never works the crowd or even reacts to the crowd, which is something a lot of comedians do to pad their time. It's one hit after the next. Really hard to do.
