Nov 2, 2008 - I wouldn't say that Americans has better food, they have more food, not necessarily better. The Cambodians in Cambodia eat differently from us here in the US. Their food don't have growth hormones and aren't genetically engineered, and they don't eat as much meat as us. That why these fighters are more lean, less saturated fat. Over here fat is even in drinking water(j/k). We don't exercise as much here either.
