Feb 29, 2012 - This version of the Penguin makes me face palm when I think about Nolan's refusal to put Penguin in a movie because he couldn't make him realistic. I love Nolan's movies, but that statement certainly makes me lose some respect for the guy.

Apr 9, 2012 - Yeah, Americans can never really get it right. What makes me laugh is when they pronounce "I". It's as bad as Family Guy and The Simpsons. They pronounce it "oi" like it's the Dickensian era. Also, they find it hard to pronounce "can't" properly. Their American comes out and they end up making it sound northern.  While I like Nolan North a great deal, they shouldn't have went with him just because he's the most popular voice actor at the moment, it ruins the authenticity in my opinion.

So his accent should not be perfect british because truly he is american so yeah his accent should be messed up a bit

Apr 29, 2012 - Anyone else realize all the main villains from the 60s Adam West Batman movie are in Arkham City? Joker, Penguin, Catwoman and Riddler all make appearances in this game haha. Also Mr. Freeze and Mad Hatter were in the 60s Batman too but not really as main villains.
