May 1, 2012 - I love this. My 2 favorites together and at their best! There is a newer version of this song with Clapton and Joe Bonomossa. It's just so good to hear such a classic. I'm in sorrow after the loss of Levon Helm and skimming through all old Band music. What good memories. We're all getting old now. If you're viewing this go to 'The Band @ Watkins Glen' by L.Pincus. I was there with 600,000 others in 1978. The Band, Allman Brothers, and Grateful Dead! Amazing...Hats of to L Pincus for this one.

May 4, 2012 - No offense, but I think it is just you. But Robbie really threw down the gauntlet to Clapton with his blistering solo. But, like the Guitar God he is, Clapton took it to another level at the finish which (if you will notice) brought a lot of the audience to their feet before he finished. The two guitarists weren't competing though -- just a good natured jam where everyone is entertained -- especially the musicians.
