It ran with a darker, more haunting feeling which made the movie.The songs were all came from musicians with unbelievably emotive feeling and cadence. It was a masterpiece!If you honestly believe Awakening's soundtrack is better than, Pacifier, Renholders remix of Judith and Johnette Napolitano's Suicide Note, your clearly a person with a narrow music palette and u should refrain from talking.

May 1, 2012 - Your only a fan of the good underworld movies? So... technically your not a fan at. It was underworld the original that made it a cult classic. The soundtrack played a major part in its success.Your no more then just a bandwagon jumper that loves something as soon as it becomes mainstream. May 3, 2012 - To be fair, that music sucks. This movie is actually the only one that got some decent bands, sure the other movies were good, doesn't mean their soundtracks are. It is a bit funny you talk about mainstream when the music for them was about as mainstream as it got. This one actually had some non mainstream musicians such as collide and angel spit, hell you'll likely never hear those band names ever again in your life.

May 3, 2012 - The soundtrack played no part in it. In fact the movie series if it had stayed true to the original might have turned out extremely differently. However as the original actually stole some of it's plot from the RPGs Vampire the Masquerade, and Werewolf The Apocalypse(17 counts of infringement with 80 points of similarity), and White wolf games went and sued them as a result of it, they had to change the series plot from it's original direction.

May 3, 2012 - From what I know of Vampire the Masquerade(big fan of the series), if they had not been sued and were allowed to continue their infringement, we would have likely seen more detail involved with the clans mentioned in the original, as well as an even more secretive plot, where they would of shown more of how they keep it all secret for example. It truly is a shame, as quite frankly, the whole hybrid shit almost makes the series too annoying to watch.
