Raw foods are the best in my opinion for health but grown from heirloom seeds, milk and meat are unnecessary when you do the research and cause allot of illness due to the process our bodies use. Health in medicine should be referred to dr bob becks work. The freeman movement is the bigger picture. You're better off drinking the broth from meat than from eating the actual muscle fibers. Eat good herbs and stay away from oils and butter as much as possible. Don't drink soda, or eat processed foods. Planting a garden isn't rocket science. you can buy seeds and usually it tells you how to plant them right on the back.

Jun 15, 2010 - very true what you are saying, like your video. i think videos from "robert arthur menard", "john harris" and "creditors in commerce" would be of interest to you, in case you are not aware of them already. considering your very accent i suppose you are russian - have you heard of vladimir megre and his book "anastasia"? there are quite a few self-sustainable communities nowadays throughout the world building their knowledge on his books. keep up the good work!
