Mar 13, 2012 - What every doesn't get is once these houses are built, the property tax sky rockets on their land. Which means most people can't afford the new taxes on their 1 million dollar house. Its a nice idea and would work great if Extreme Make Over took care of this, but unforunately it leaves alot of their families with foreclosures.
