Segment of cooking Vietnamese Beef Noodle soup. Pho (pronounce "fuh?" like..."would you like some FUH?" Then you will say:"uh huh, yes, fuh? please." I produced and acted for this short 4:41 I had permission from the city to shoot the video in the restaurant and at my own home. Our team had 5 people. We had the producer (Phuong Nguyen) the editor, writer, actresses, director of photography, sound person, cinematographer. This was also played on Long Beach TV CHANEL.Ingredients: 1.beef bones with marrow and a little meat around bones2. ginger3. onions4. green onions5. cinemon stick6. aniseeds (look like stars)7. basil8. ngo gai (vietnamese herbs)9. salt10. fuh white noodle11. bean sprouts12. peppers. 13. lemon/lime for serving14. beef15. beef meatballs with tendons16. fish sauce for serving17. spicy sauce (tuong an pho) for serving18. lee kum kee sauce (tuong an pho) for serving19. sugar to replace MSG20. slices of white onions in the vinegar for serving21. dried onions/ fried onions.
