May 21, 2012 - Fun fact about the restaurant industry, outside of franchises, when you open your own restaurant, you are running most of it for the first while until you can afford to hire more and promote someone to/hire a manager or two. Anyway, that's beside the point. Regardless of what kind of restaurant I ran, anyone caught messing with the food would be pretty instantly fired. Regardless of anything, there is absolutely no excuse for fucking with someone's food.
