May 2, 2012 - glaube feitosa vs hajime kazumi (watch the fight on youtube) - it's bareknuckle, there are plenty - try fight quest kyokushin karate (search on youtube) - anyone can kick down banana tree that's the point - it's nothing special & Buakaw kicked the banana tree down for fun/joke because muay thai fighter's in the past used to practise kicks on banana tree's because they weren't too hard or soft.

May 3, 2012 - mmm 1:46 luv the triple fake out
iaoin2009 Says:
May 3, 2012 - Good point. But it does make a difference if you are not allowed to punch the head like in Muay Thai, and keep in mind that ancient Muay Thai fighters tie ropes around their fist, not to mention some even wrap glasses around...
Tylerkat89 Says:
May 3, 2012 - looks like i gotta edit it to 28 losses
MUEEN007 Says:
May 3, 2012 - Yeah it does, it's harder to knock-out someone when your only allowed to punch to the body bareknuckle and kick/knee to head, that's why I said Kyokushin is tougher - Muay Thai is one of the top stand-up styles, no-one can deny that, yes in knock-down karate there is no head punches, just like in Muay Thai there are gloves, two different sports. I've been punched with boxing/mma gloves, handwraps and bareknuckle - bareknuckle hurts alot, it's bone, straw is not harder than bone.
MUEEN007 Says:
May 3, 2012 - Muay boran is precursor to Muay Thai, as far as I know they use rope, to protect the hands, I don't know about the glass I think you saw that in Ong Bak film.
12deimos Says:
May 6, 2012 - Kyokushin Karate sucks shotokan is the way better
iaoin2009 Says:
May 6, 2012 - Nope, actually it was my dad who told me they used to do that for fights in front of the king of Thailand which is long ago. Since it was too bloody, they abolished such practise...
shentaro Says:
May 6, 2012 - Why do you say that?
GFLogos Says:
May 7, 2012 - Mute this clip, open a new tab and play from youtube "MWM - Kyokushin". Awesome!
brianc692 Says:
May 7, 2012 - I would say based on this comment you are around 15 and probably a yellow belt. Sosai Oyama studied under Gichin Funakoshi who invented Shotokan. Sosai blended Goju, Shotokan and other styles to create Kyokushin which he believed is the strongest karate. All karate is derived from Okinawan based karate and none is better than the other. They all focus on different aspects.

thechanova777 Says:
May 12, 2012 - All karate styles is the best if you practice it by heart and discipline yourself. according to Shihan Gichin Funakoshi, "The ultimate aim of the art of karate lies not in victory or defeat, but in the perfection of the characters of its participants."
Ditrix Says:
May 14, 2012 - anyone have any videos of people dying in this sport ? Like a nice temple cave in with fist or throat kick?
brutusgoleniow Says:
May 18, 2012 - Co za pierdoła z początku filmu.
TheLoyalSpartanFilms Says:
May 19, 2012 - to say your style is better than any other style is an insult to your masters, because true martial arts is very humbling
dospooks Says:
May 20, 2012 - Excellent video, thanks for posting that. That fight with Masuda was a display of the qualities that make great martial artists.
Don4425 Says:
May 21, 2012 - epic comment, true respect and understanding for fighting. I train MMA and started out doing TKD, you?
blackcerberus79 Says:
May 22, 2012 - Yes, but they are not available on Youtube or most of the ClearNet. You can find some on private TOR forums such as the Shadowsphere. (Cannot be found outside of the Darknet)
aldridge1 Says:
May 23, 2012 - organised bareknuckle boxing is illegal in the developed world. Many kyokushin guys have gone and fought Leitwei in thailand and myanmar and some have won and some have lost. Sounds to me like you don't know shit about competitive fighting.
1kevin09 Says:
May 26, 2012 - 4:20 Kancho Matsui had watched the fight.

iaoin2009 Says:
Apr 30, 2012 - Well, if you say Karate's conditioning is more intense than Muay Thai's, then can you give me an example? Btw, yes, anyone can kick down a banana tree, but how long it would take him is another matter...
