Mar 24, 2011 - It's funny the difference a singer makes to a band. The same could be said for Marillion when fish left or Black Sabbath when Ozzy went solo. After Def Leppard lost Steve Clarke they still sounded the same with a new guitarist, but a new singer just changes the band completely. I think a band should change their name if they replace the original singer, because you are not getting what it says on the tin anymore.
