Look at the movie "Dream Girls". It's obviously based on the Supremes and there are characters based on James Brown, Michael Jackson, and more. But they gave them fictional names, so they were free to change history. Can you honestly not see the problem?

Dec 29, 2011 - What's funny is that the the real Henri Young eventually escaped (not from Alcatraz) and if alive today would be in his mid 90's. This movie was made in '95. So if he was alive back then, then he could have gone to the movies and watch this movie.

Mar 5, 2012 - No, but I do work there and have talked to both guards and inmates. I also have access to the archives. Seriously, do you really think a Hollywood movie is accurate history? By the way the COs were not messed up (okay so a few probably let the power go to their heads). They were considered very professional and humane. Do some research on Henry Young and Alcatraz and you will see how fictional the movie was.
