Even when people are feeling really lousy, they can still process those emotions by staying centered within, even in the midst of misery. And I agree that anything you create on the outside doesn't cause fulfillment on the inside...creations can be enjoyable but they should never be the CUASE of joy; YOU should be the cause of your joy (<---rhetorically speaking.) And if we wanted to get really deep, we could get into oneness and talk about how equally enjoying yourself as well as others is really one in the same...

May 7, 2012 - Hello Friends , Would like some opinions on a question i have..its on discernment.L.O.A is all about reaching for the highest feeling yet there r so many things in this world that initially give u a wonderful feeling but that do not serve either yourself or others. Even attitudes like judgement initially give the ego a boost yet are not for the highest good obviously..same as most things that give us pleasure... so in that moment not in a post assessment from experience how does one discern???
