nefrytatanen Says:
May 13, 2012 - all you guys that keep pointing to body builder yadda yadd yadda yadda yadda keep missing te point those guys have metabolisms that work! that is the difference. Get that thought through your little itty bitty brains and you might finally get the point! Fat people do not want to be fat, but their metabolism as been so wrecked by the USDA saying "EAT ALL THIS SUGAR and you will lose weight" and getting sicker with what he is trying to teach you that just won't used your brains.
nefrytatanen Says:
May 13, 2012 - wicked slum: answer the hypothesis that answers his question about obese SIX MONTH OLDS, until you can do that you are too brain-washed, and clueless to be here. You don't deserve this. Go watch duranrider- he is your guy
ROAtheist Says:

May 14, 2012 - what u say isnot quite true. if these big companies are pushing this crap and making us addicted to it its like giving somone drugs and wondering why they are back for more.
WickedSlum Says:
May 15, 2012 - it´s in what they feed the kids? feed em more vegetbals and such and have them crawl/walk around instead of carrying all over the place. I dont see any obese 6 months old in Denmark where i am from, not trying to be holy or anything just saying. and we dont eat as much prossesd food as americans do. the problem is in what you eat, and what you feed your children. i totally accept the fact that companies fill their products with bad things, but that is no reason to say that excercise dont work.
WickedSlum Says:
May 15, 2012 - i agree that that is a major problem, and something definatly needs to be done, like this guy going around exposing the truth, however my problem is that he takes away the personal responsibility, and makes everyone a victim. most people who have reached adult ages wakes up every morning and makes alot of choices. the can choose to eat whatever they want, do whatever they want. it might be hard to kick all that food with the corn syrup. but it needs to be done, and they need to excercise.
m1onie Says:
May 15, 2012 - but we have tried the personal responsibility rought and still do. but yes people need to be stronger. i no longer eat any crap. no e numbers, soft drinks chips with msg ect. the worst thing is when people give it to their young children and build up that junk food habbit.
michelsvideos Says:
May 15, 2012 - pancreas gets tired of insuline producing because of the refined sugars coming in the bloodstream in high amounds, kids not excersising get fat double fast. Some get eat what they want and get thin till they die at age 95. But most get killed by matlo/fructose/dextrose or the even extremer, factory-sugar. It kills them. Like some can smoke and die old, some are full of cancer at 35.
Moyave23 Says:
May 15, 2012 - I agree that it's not all just a shortcoming in personal responsibility, with our brains being hardwired to have us eat basically fat and sugar BUT: me, lost 20 pounds SLOWLY, kept it off. How? longterm diet changes and exercise. My advice: don't start ANY diet you wouldn't be willing to maintain indefinitely (though perhaps with higher caloric intake)
bigschnabel Says:
May 16, 2012 - Avoid all legible liquids and packaged foods--things that come in printed bags, cans, and boxes. Always stay away from cheese, butter, milk, bread, processed oils, and wierd synthetic juices in rubbery little boxes with plastic straws. Also avoid those starchy sheetcakes people keep bringing to the office. Eat fruit, vegetables, berries, nuts, seeds, lean meats, birds, shellfish, reptiles, grubs, and insects. I guarantee your weight will normalize quickly and your blood pressure will go down.
schnecki07 Says:
May 17, 2012 - so also from extra virgin olive oil? why r these fats so bad? bcs they are not natural and therefore man-made or what s the reason? i would really like to understand this..have been trying to lose weight for a long time, but always get stuck again..
schnecki07 Says:
May 17, 2012 - that s not entirely true.more and more products contain sugar and other toxis stuff like the pesticides on veggies, even organic veggies and other food.the industry forces this stuff upon us more and more without giving alternatives to eat.either having the sugar in almost every product or pesticides on the natural food or fluorid in water and other toxic chemicals mixed together...or lack of minerals in veggies due to exhausted soils..it s not THAT easy anymore to avoid it :(
bigschnabel Says:
May 17, 2012 - Don't be fooled by the olive oil craze. There is nothing in olive oil that is valuable to the human body. Just read the label. The substance is virutally nutrition-free. The only thing it delivers is lots of dense calories in a very small package. One tablespoon is well over 100 calories. Use a few of these with your meal and you've just increased your caloric intake without adding any nourishment to your diet. The "extra virgin" word just sounds good and makes for good marketing.
bigschnabel Says:
May 17, 2012 - Good fats come from whole foods such as raw walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazalnuts, and seeds, such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseed and avocados.
schnecki07 Says:
May 17, 2012 - so what else to add? olives instead of olive oil..coz i think most ppl r so much used to food that has a bit of a fat taste in it...olives or avocado? how about the fat in eggs? and what about salad dressings? so mixing balsamic vinegar with olive oil is bad and high in calories...can vinegar be used for salad? coz plein salad is kinda tasteless for me..but i m trying to live healthy so i m totally confused on topics like this.. thanks for ur answer :)
bigschnabel Says:
May 17, 2012 - As far as I know, you can use all the vinegar you want, without adding many calories to your salad. Salad dressings found in the stores contain all kinds of bad oils and additives, including sugar, that make them unhealthy. Definitely eat whole olives instead of olive oil, then you will get the nutritional benefit of the whole food. I eat eggs frequently. I also eat green smoothies every day. Learn to make green smoothies and you will not have to spend so much time chewing leaves.
ayuandrian8888 Says:
May 18, 2012 - Hey, have you considered this method called the SkinniMaker Diet? (Google it). My father says it helps people melt fat.
willdox7 Says:
May 21, 2012 - I'm not sure why strict control of the sugar markets haven't been loosened. Also remove subsidies from corn growers, this will for e the price of sugar and HFCS up and people won't be able to afford it.
cbattles Says:
May 22, 2012 - This video is about sugar, fructose, and how it is killing us. Did anybody catch this video as to what it was saying? You've got people posting here on the dangers of olive oil and butter. Craziness. Our bodies need fats, but real fats, not stuff that comes from processed corn and soybeans. Butter is good food if it doesn't come from sick cows full of hormones and pesticides who have been fed GMO grains. People posting here still don't "get it." Check out Weston A Price Foundation.
batner Says:
May 26, 2012 - I got it, sugar is bad, it is killing us. Do about it? Educate people. Tell them it is killing them. Prove them it is killing them. All the suggested attempts at political solutions are wrong. To make it short: The lecturer is a good doctor but he is a horrible and bloody dictator. He is very smart. Thus he assumes that his smarts allow him to force his way on people, even on suicidal people. Life is a way from birth to death. If someone wishes to risk shortening it - he is free to do so.
mychrome Says:
May 26, 2012 - I'm sorry but how is cannabis toxic? Cocaine yep...ethanol...yep...morphine...yep..amphetamines....yep....but cannabis? There aren't even any reported deaths due to over-consumption of cannabis. I was all into this guys propaganda until I saw this. I did a study on this and sorry, can't agree and will not just to satisfy whoever is asking or listening. Time to get real on this one as we are getting real on sugar and obesity etc.

WickedSlum Says:
May 13, 2012 - and saying healthy eating and excercise does not work is just dumb. look at all the bodybuilders, atlethes, football players and so on.
