Sep 24, 2009 - Thanks ladies! Yes NatPaige I threw the veggies away I used to make the broth. I forgot to add that after an hour is up you can remove the chicken and let the stock simmer on low for up to 8 hours for a more flavorful stock. I'm just way to greedy & impatient for that.1 prettytoya(that names fits you perfectly!) My day has been FAB!!

Oct 3, 2009 - I love homemade chicken soup. I hate can soups. I make my chicken soup minus the noodles yesterday. I make mine different but it's still really good. Caribbean people like myself leave the bones stay in the soup for continuous flavor but not many americans are use to that but it's all good. You did a great job. I enjoyed watdhing thanks!

Feb 25, 2011 - Thanku soo much for this vid. My grandmother just passed and she raised me and my sisters and this was one of her great homecooked meals.
