Apr 19, 2012 - I had one of these. It would freeze/lock up constantly, crash at least once a month, requiring a hard reset. Then a strip of touch portion on the screen stopped working. After that, all the external buttons quit working. Next to the Palm Pre, it's the biggest piece of crap ever.
