I couldnt do the move where you put your elbows down on the floor behind you while lifting your behind so I just modified that move and continued with following everything else and I must admit last night I actually slept through the night without tossing & turning and even woke up feeling pretty good and that hasnt happened in a while. I will continue on with this routine.

I know that they say beginner and intermediate but for some, there are two of each and I'd like to follow along as I'm supposed to and the level to push my body. I'm gradually stepping up a video and am following along based on what you have but I'm not sure which comes first. Also, could you include some advanced 20 min workouts? P.S.
