Anyway, I support things like 'lol' and 'rotfl', because they're efficient ways of expressing that you find something funny. Without them, it's hard to express that feeling through mere text. However, I don't support things like 'brb' or 'stfu', because they're unnecessary. They don't serve a better purpose than their fully-written counterparts.
