Nov 13, 2011 - You are what you eat and if you can't find time to cook from scratch, you are wasting a lot of money. For chicken all you do is buy chicken, season, place in over and you get cheaper chicken that in the gas station, that tastes better. Or put everything in a slow cooker before you go to work and you come home to a complete meal for cheap. If you live alone or with just one other person, you just freeze part and have more meals with no work, except the dishes.

Catch the goose, kill it, skin it, gut it, season it with salt and pepper (could add garlic seasoning), stuff it with apples and rice and bake in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for hour and a half. Tastes great and good for you!For catching a goose use a net.
