Mar 27, 2012 - You move very smoothly. It seems you have put alot of thought (or rather emptied your cup) into developing economical movements. You have inspired me for sure! One thing I would like to point out to you is your very last punch was the best one on the heavy bag. Watch the way you loosened up and rotated your hips as you punched. You sure looked in the end though lol.
