May 20, 2012 - k2 maybe more advanced climbing but everest is test to ones self. i myself have tried 3 time and have fallen about 1000 meters short. its the fact that you are higher than any other living person on this planet so for that brief instant you feel what its like to look down to people... its really kinda biblical. when i summited mt mckinley i didnt feel as good as getting to south col on the nepal side of everest.
