DnB and Dubstep is a MASSIVE Remix culture, most of the brilliant 'original' songs you hear and love actually stem from djs using samples from other songs of different genres and cultures. Remixing or reedits are wholly acceptable and in fact drive the culture.. so no its not really stealing. Read the description "its His version of Katy B"
