Jan 28, 2012 - @nakohichi Yes, the Reid technique. The part where he agrees with the guy that the victim was totally hot and he understands why he would want her is classic Reid.

JaxxBat Says:

Jan 30, 2012 - @karthadastim .. I doubt moral is part of their job .. but profiling sure is..

JaxxBat Says:

Jan 30, 2012 - @justinwbohner .. totally.. they are labelled pigs for a reason.. If you dont know how to play the game you become a victim..5th amendment ,,why dont they teach kids in school how to handle that ?

karthadastim Says:

Jan 30, 2012 - @JaxxBat that is such a frustrating aspect of the police...the whole point and description of their job is to "serve and protect the people"...instead they do the fucking opposite of that and just love the opportunity to control and violate people who don't obey their political masters.

JaxxBat Says:

Jan 30, 2012 - @justinwbohner .. Yeah he is " judge and jury "

JaxxBat Says:

Jan 30, 2012 - @karthadastim .. I hear that the "protect and serve" is now " control and detain " and looks like " kill if they dont submit " too..

cnmcalpi1 Says:

Jan 31, 2012 - @MrUltraworld I did this, it landed my ass in jail. Ask for atty and be seen as guilty.

MrUltraworld Says:

Jan 31, 2012 - @cnmcalpi1 It pissed the cop off?

bigfootsbigfoot Says:

Feb 3, 2012 - "Thank god we're in the in the U.S., because most interviews in Italy, Spain and so forth start out physically. Ok ... there's no police abuse there, they can do pretty much what they want. Any time they want, anyhow they want. ... Just be aware of that, and be thankful for what you got."What an outrageous liar. I suppose this police officer does not even know where Italy or Spain are located on this planet, but he definitely has no idea about legislation in Europe. Torture is not part of it.

WhoGonGuarMe Says:

Feb 6, 2012 - @bigfootsbigfoot He didn't say torture he said they "start out physically"...if you put your hand on someone's back that is a physical act but not torturous act. In America an interrogator cannot make any physical contact during an interview. It's a good thing you are not being interview by this cop or you would be going to jail

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @jadedmajor Yeah-- fools rush in.

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @MeredithOD Sure, like F. Lee Bailey, the person I'm QUOTING, who has won more cases than any other lawyer. But you go ahead.

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @JaxxBat Because they're GOVERNMENT schools, and they want to train the people to be servile beasts of burden, not free thinkers and persons. Easier to handle that way.If people knew their rights, nobody in Washington would be there now.

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @CelineCarey Cops don't get paid to protect you, they get paid to PUNISH you.If a cop makes arrests that turn a conviction, he gets a promotion, pay-raises etc. When you have a hammer, every problem looks like a nail; and when you're a cop, every citizen looks like a criminal. If you're in the wrong place at the wrong time, they convict the wrong person.TAKE THE FUCKING FIFTH. And to make sure they don't mind-game you, say that you want to talk to a lawyer-- then they can't ask.

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @MeredithOD Or maybe I'm an attorney who knows what I'm talking about--sure, what would we know compared to you, some bitch who goes on Youtube playing with your pussycat?

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @justinwbohner There's all kinds of mind-games they play, they're allowed to lie to you and say that "if you just sign the confession then it's a formality that doesn't carry any jail-time or fine or probation or anything, and then you can just leave and get it over with."

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @justinwbohner Welcome to reality, time to stop believing the shit you heard in school-- starting with The Pledge of Alliegiance to the STATE.

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @matbroomfield Ok, we've had the 5th Amendment since only 1789- and you think this cop INVENTED the NEED for it?The more I learn, the more I appreciate how fucking BRILLIANT the Founders were ahead of their time or ours.

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @enoughtalkhaveatyou It's easy to SAY "never talk to a cop." But if they interrogate you, then most people WILL talk.,So you have to say "I WANT TO TALK TO A LAWYER," then by law they can't interrogate you.

ThomasKrypton Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @cnmcalpi1 You got convicted because you asked for an attorney? You must have had a VERY incompetent lawyer.

MeredithOD Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @ThomasKrypton haha I don't even know what you're responding to but clearly you're not doing too well in your practice if you spend your days writing everyone on youtube with the snidest remarks possible and STILL not succeeding at making a logical point or winning an argument lol. Also, don't get too arrogant. You rely on JURIES to decide if you're right or wrong. Juries are comprised of regular people like me. Much like the cop in this vid, underestimating your competition will be your downfall

matbroomfield Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - @ThomasKrypton I'm not American, so the 5th amendment doesn't apply. But having just read the text of it, I can see flaws in it personally. And given that America is the most violent, and the most widely disliked of the so-called civilsed nations (and I'm not personally making a judgement against you) I would not say that the constitution is working out all that well for you.

JaxxBat Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - The drug war and prison system is a huge US gov business.. keep that in mind when you compare these things.. The fed has a vested interest in keeping massive amounts of young people in jail (not older folks because of the possible law suits)... and creating many news laws to keep this monster growing and violating our Constitution..Vote Ron Paul and do yourself a favor..

nixd3v Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - Do they teach this in schools? cuz everyone should totally be aware of this.
