Aug 23, 2011 - turbo lag is when you punch the car and the car doesn't go until the turbo is charged up. this happens either when the car is a low rpm's or the max amount of psi is high. if you have a car with about 30-35 psi of turbo, in low rpm's you'll experience turbo lag.
