James Carter on saxes, Robert Hurst on bass viol, Craig Taborn on piano..?) and do a straight ahead jamming jazz session before he gets too old. Come on, man! We need it!

Jul 19, 2011 - Chester seems like one of the finest persons on earth. Unfortunately I only saw him three times live (1983 Frankfurt Musik Messe clinic on pearl drums), 2004 with Phil C. and 2007 with Genesis. I love how he plays all those killer licks which really "talk", with such a precision, while maintaining a low profile, making it look so effortless. Even if he would call it quits now. No problem: the man deserves it. He gave us so much! May sound cheezy, but anyway: Thanks for everything Chester!
